Brad Hockman - Commissioner
Brad, his wife Sandra and two children have lived in Spring Branch for 6 years and have owned a business on Hwy 281 for the last 5 years. Brad was born and raised in Clinton, Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa in 1992 with Degrees in Economics and Business Administration. His work experience as a vendor and Development Manager for the US Military along with his knowledge of local conditions will be a valuable asset to the community. Brad spends his free time rooting for the Hawkeyes & the Spurs and riding his Harley around the Hill Country.

James was born in Burnet, Texas and his Spring Branch roots run deep. He is the grandson of Ottie & Alfred Jonas , great grandson of Meta & Willie Fischer and great, great grandson of Hans Heinrich Dietrich Knibbe the original founder of Spring Branch. James spent 27 years in the truck leasing business with Ryder, 10 years as a Harley-Davidson dealer in North Texas and returned to the truck leasing business in 2013 with Rush Enterprises in New Braunfels. For the past 30 years James has managed multi-million dollar business units, built business plans and led the teams to manage them. All the while identifying problems and implementing solutions to challenges as they arose. Although running unopposed, James is a totally qualified candidate for mayor and offers the following perspective:
